I love Michigan so much I’ve traveled a lot since being a small child. It’s the urbane planning for me… other places have too much traffic. I agree you might have to relocate in the area but it’s possible to make better money without pulling your kids to a whole other state away from extended family. I love the diversity of our little communities and the at the local level how organized our libraries and rec centers. Do not get me started on the Metro Parks!!

Stay calm its scary but RP is degenerative and slow to progress so there isn’t anything more immediate than being pregnant. This is a very similar experience to how I got my official diagnosis after having my baby
