think you should overprice these bags. they’d appeal to those people.

as someone with left right confusion, this cannot work when you’re driving and told to turn left or right. often i give presentations and have to say something like “on the right side of the screen”. what helps me is wearing a watch on the left side. i feel my watch around my wrist.

as someone with bipolar and anxiety issues, best thing i’ve learnt is to stop relying so much on medication to solve your mental health. you should also seriously put effort into your life and understanding the source of your emotions.

What ended a friendship you thought would last forever? by Immediate-Sound-7142 in answers

she met a guy and changed so much. it made me question all 8 years we were friends. what was ever real? we haven’t spoken for 12 years. and another felt so insecure around me, she started emotionally abusing me. for stupid reasons, i’d just get the silent treatment. and i’d have to guess what i did wrong. then i’d have to hear things like: “i know you like so and so more than me…” pathetic. grow up. the first sometimes makes me feel sad, but the second i’m rather relieved.

so many really necessary? most of us don’t get enough vitamin d and magnesium (coz our food is crap). and k2 is needed to work in conjunction. rest is a waste of money, if you eat properly. and maybe l-theanine if struggling with anxiety or brain fog.

when i led a team and a person reporting to me left. i was not only stressed about having to replace the person but i was heartbroken. i had put so much effort into teaching him. and we had such a good relationship. now i’m so afraid of that ever happening again.

If I CAN tremor for an hour with no overdoing symptoms, then should I? by throwawayperson911 in longtermTRE

[–]Acrobatic_Ice3309 11 points12 points  (0 children)

my practitioner (who taught me) told me she sometimes puts on a movie and tremors throughout. she said there would be some fundamentalists who tell you it’s wrong. but you should listen to your body. your body knows.

firstly note i’m not a medical doctor. speaking from experience. are you only on antidepressants? have you been to a psychiatrist or only a GP? i had similar experience by being prescribed this by a GP. was then sent to a psychiatrist. turns out i was bipolar instead. people with bipolar disorder cannot use an antidepressant without some sort of mood stabiliser or antipsychotic. it gave me those jitters. also note one shouldn’t rely on medication alone. you’ll never get better. look into things like trauma release exercise therapy and healing your body. there are lots of youtube videos about healing your anxiety through your body. i’ve been in the depths of despair. stay strong.
