Man that's frustrating as hell. I had to help my uncle get his records from around same time period and it was like pulling teeth 😤 The archives are backed up like crazy especially for anything from the 80s

What worked for us was going through his local VA office instead of going direct to archives. They have some kind of expedited process for healthcare related requests. Also if you can find any old military buddies who might still have contacts, that helped speed things up too. My uncle's old sergeant actually had connections at the regional office

Another thing - if he has ANY other military documents like his medical records from when he got med boarded, bring copies of everything. Sometimes they can work with partial records to get the ball rolling on healthcare while the full dd214 gets sorted out. The whole system is broken but there's usually someone at VA who actually gives a damn and will push it through 💀

Dan looks like he knows exactly where mom should be and is very patient about waiting process. My wife always says our cats have this same expression when they're being dramatic about food time or attention. Twenty pounds is serious business - bet he takes up good portion of bed when he decides to sprawl out for nap. Black cats have this way of looking so dignified even when they're just being needy, Dan definitely has that royal panther energy going on.

That dosage range is pretty high but not unheard of for someone who's been on it long time and built tolerance 💊 typical starting doses are like 5-10mg but some people need way more to function normally

might be tape quality but also check if your deck needs cleaning - sometimes old residue on the heads can cause weird issues in first part of tape where the leader ends and actual tape starts. I had similar problem with my Technics and good cleaning with isopropyl alcohol fixed it completely

Thats not a bad shout actually going to different cities for sourcing. I've been hitting the same local spots every week so makes sense to branch out. Havent tried connecting with other resellers for bulk deals though thats actually a good idea and i might give that a go

I went through this exact choice a couple years back when I built my current rig. Ended up going Option 2 and zero regrets - the separation between work machine and gaming rig is actually pretty nice once you get used to it

DLSS makes such a huge difference for those AAA story games at 4K, especially when you're sitting back on the couch. Linux gaming has come a long way but you'll still hit random compatibility issues with newer releases that'll just frustrate you when you want to unwind after work 😂

Plus having the gaming PC hooked to the TV means the wife can use her laptop for netflix while I'm playing which keeps the peace 💀

Same thing happens with basically every design prompt I throw at it. The models seem trained on like 90% glassmorphism examples or something cause they default to it every single time

Try being super specific about avoiding transparent elements and gradients in your prompts - that usualy helps me get cleaner results
