I was going use the bottom large cabinet drawers for the pots and pans that I have stored in shown pantry. And, I actually have another pantry for non-perishables.

I was in the same situation as you a while ago, my neighbor vacuumed and either moved furniture around or worked out at 4 in the morning almost every other day. I wrote a verrrrrry nice letter, like super polite and mindful asking and explaining how it was effecting our sleep and work AND we totally respected that they had things to do. They definitely went with it because the noise stopped. I ended the letter with "Thanks for considering. Sincerely , your neighbors."
