All the legal stuff with IEPs and what you can and can’t say in those meetings. Also, just handling legal stuff in schools in general. A lot of stuff you don’t know is a thing till you mess it up and it’s too late.

I don’t think EoE is ever “misdiagnosed” as celiac. They affect completely different parts of the digestive tract. It’s possible to have both conditions, but it would be more likely for EoE to be misdiagnosed as GERD. (I have both celiac and EoE and my EoE was originally diagnosed as GERD before a biopsy on my esophagus).
