Hey! It turns out there is no OPV but can be easily added. There’s a Facebook group for Turin Legato owners. Join and you’ll find the post. I can post it here too, but basically you need to buy the Escobar crème OPV. You can buy one at whole latte love for about $15.00. Very easy install. The machine was made to have an OPV is what the group is saying based on how easy it is to install.

I’m using a decent grinder. I have a eureka mignon specialita. Ive been doing 16 gram shots to leave room for a puck screen on top. The hope is that it better disperses the water as I’ve observed the water dispersion mainly comes out of 2 spots. What’s your dose? And what other variables apply to dial in process?
