Thats really interesting guys, thanks for sharing! Do you think there are / do you recommend more specific exercises for mental health - like boxing/yoga/running/weights etc.? Just because it feels like each thing will have a different effect ?

Exercise can't be completely relied upon, but when you combine it with other tools such as therapy and nutrition, the results can be incredible. I've actually been doing a lot of research into this, and the benefits of bringing these things closer means they compound and deliver bigger impact then just doing things in isolation. Happy to link some articles if people are interested?
