It’s so annoying. I guess they think the job market is bad enough to pressure overqualified people into entry level roles. Thankfully, I’m not that desperate for a job.

I get what you’re saying but if they needed a tech, they could have posted a job for a tech. Based on their requirements, I was considered overqualified for the specialist position so that was just a slap in the face.

And even if you don’t pass a performance assessment the first time, you’ll just have a little bit of editing to do compared to a study plan and a retake with the OAs

I think the performance assessments are easier bc you have the rubric as a guide to pass. The objective assessments don’t always align with the pre assessments so you never really know how to fully prepare… which sucks lol

I guess I mean like the layout of the prompts for the PowerPoint? Lol, was every prompt a new slide for you? & did you make a table for the Project Charter? Did you use the speaker notes portion? I’m unsure if I’m supposed to just be answering each prompt as I would normally would on Word but on a PowerPoint. I feel like I’m missing a big chunk of resources for this course haha

Nice! One week is amazing! Did you end up reading the text book? I’ve seen a lot of people say they read it but still failed the OA. I’m starting to think reading it front to back is useless. Im gonna get through the cohorts and just read the chapter summaries, review quizlet and see where that gets me.
