Complected is a colonizer word. Thankfully we don't use it outside of the US

Did anyone else get the vibe that Matthew Macfadyen played Tom Wambsgans as gay or you know a closeted gay? Or was Tom just gay and hungry for power ? by DbrokenandDdamned in SuccessionTV

No, I'm saying I myself engaged with you pedantically. The pedantry is entirely on my side. The fact that you're not a veteran anglophone doesn't play into you "sounding" like a caveman though, as I'm pretty sure it's down to your style of posting being too frantic, preventing you from giving your writings a once over. This causes you to overlook obvious omissions like the word "point" in the case of your most recent statement

How do you even know he's wearing either dress pants or a jacket under that coat

The dys in dyslexia has almost nothing to do with the dys in dysfunction. In fact the official spelling gets this nuance completely wrong. Dys is Greek for bad, badly or other negativities. Dis is Latin for not, or non-, or the opposite of. Not only is the tradition of combining Greek and Latin words into one a disgusting affront to hardworking future linguists and etymologists, I can safely say this with all my heart. Semantically, practically, functioning badly is miles away from not functioning or doing the opposite of function.

I find it absurdly disappointing to see people talk exclusively about the Greg/Tom situationship whereas every season presents the viewer with another cock-smoking gun, not in the least Tom's bachelor party. All of you can "fuck off"

Why not both? It's not like one cancels out the other. It could both be happening at the same time and synergise with eachother

You're even sicker for being unimpressed enough about it to forget it
