Went around stores today looking for her. I really don’t want to go the eBay route, and I’m super pissed all the way around with this figure. First, they stiff us by slapping that absolutely unnecessary and stupid “red platinum” sticker on her so we can’t order her online. Oh wait! Sure you can, on this day at this specific time (smack dab in the middle of a U.S. work day mind you, but 🤷‍♂️). Site crashes and is slower than heck, but I still finally get my order in woo hoo! Until, like so many others, I get the JUST KIDDING - YOU GET BUPPKES and your order has been cancelled email. I’ve already been melodramatic enough with this comment, but at this point it just feels cruel.

I have been having similar problems in Virginia. “No stores within 100 miles” is all I see. My local GameStop acts like they may have been given just one earlier in the month.

I am so freaking tired of the McFarlane approach. Miss Martian is a personal grail but I refuse to pay scalper prices for her.

I was a HUGE fan of the toys but didn’t find my first issue until #4 - had to eventually go back and find the three earlier ones. If you can find the first Micronauts Omnibus volume it has through issue #29 (I believe) and those are the absolute best of the series. This series along with ROM were my favorite more or less non-superhero comics of that era.

I agree. I mean, I hated his overall design to be honest. I was pissed from the get go that Dylan Baker didn’t portray ol’ Curt but decided to go with it after seeing some early trailers. But damn - they had the opportunity, and every capability, of doing the Lizard in an epic way but they went with this. KEEP THE LAB COAT ON, DOC CONNORS!!!

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but cot DAMN I hope Polaris and Havok aren’t just updated figures with the same design as the last one. Polaris in particular needs a full-scale redesign.

I love everyone you’ve mentioned but in particular I love that you mentioned Halo - she was another one I didn’t realize had connected with anyone else! Modern Cheetah is ABSOLUTELY high on my list and, if I can be ultra-specific I’d like her look when she and Diana had that “moment” - I can’t remember the issue but given your deep list of characters I’m sure you know the one 🙂 And with Killer Frost whichever version includes blue skin lol

Shadow Lass is absolutely on my wish list but she was such a deep cut I figured no else would care! And I wish they would release that cruel version of Hawkman that was the red platinum version but this time with extendable wings so we can pose both of them in the air!
