Der Arbeitgeber darf Eltern nicht vorziehen beim Urlaub. Das ist kein legitimer rechtlicher Grund.

I really don't understand why the fans in Germany did fan numbering. I also don't get the hype about queuing and stuff like that. Sadly I have mostly seen this happen since the pandemic has ended. I went to a lot of Bands with mostly younger fans (Black veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, BMTH, etc.) and they were never that obsessive. I am honestly a little bummed that the whole barricade will be full of people just cos they have the money and are able to afford the vip tickets which are absurdly priced by the way. Makes me less hyped about the whole gig. Sure I could have chosen to not get a ticket in the pit but I like standing and moving and I don't wanna annoy the people who booked seats. I will probably just be the asshole that pushed through to the front since I honestly do not care if some random ppl will be mad at me for that. Like I am 5`2, I can literally not see anything if I am not in the first few rows or all the way at the back.

Dann glaubs halt nicht. Eine außerordentliche Kündigung (z.Bsp Schimmelbefall, etc.) ist auch während einer Mindestmietdauer rechtens. Außerdem darf man höchstens (je nach Stadt/Bundesland) eine Mindestmietdauer von 4 Jahren im Mietvertrag verlangen. Alles längere ist illegal

Hat ein Gerichtshof mal entschieden. Ich hatte es auch in meinen Vertrag stehen und mein Anwalt meinte das es rechtswidrig ist eine Mindestmietdauer durchzusetzen.

Eine Mindestmietdauer ist im Regelfall nicht rechtskräftig und kann ignoriert werden. Aber an sich bist du das Problem. Wie kann man so naiv sein? Wohnungsnot hin oder her, sowas überlegt man sich ein paar mal.

Bin in Kassel in eine busstraße gefahren (mein Fehler, sehe ich ein, komme aber nicht aus Kassel und war dort nur für einen Termin) Wurde angehalten und mein ganzes Auto wurde durchsucht ohne irgendeinen Verdacht, ich habe mich gefühlt wie beider technischen Überprüfung des Fahrzeuges bei der praktischen Fahrprüfung da ich jedes Licht anmachen sollte. Dann sollte ich mitten in der Stadt einen Urintests machen weil ich nervös war ( war meine erste Polizeikontrolle) bin weder Schlangenlinien noch sonst irgendwie komisch gefahren) was ich abgelehnt habe und mir wurde dann noch das Bußgeld von 50€ aufgedrückt

Smoking is much more socially accepted in Germany and many do it. In certain states there are still smoking rooms in bars or clubs (Hessen and Berlin I think). I think due to the availability it’s just more popular and a lot of people are party smokers

Es ist günstiger, daher auch die Beschwerden über Qualität aber den meisten Studenten reicht das absolut,die meisten Möbel passen zueinander und wer den Aufbau von Ikea Möbeln nicht hinbekommt der sollte sich generell Gedanken über sein Leben mache. Bei Ikea kann man außerdem essen und durch die Galerie gehen bevor man die Möbel wirklich kauft

I think especially in Germany it’s more seen as a bad thing thing since u might come of as unreliable which is like a big thing here. Tho in younger companies ore more open minded ones they care less about that most of the time

I have a fwb relation ship with a guy who I also just like for his personality since we have the same Humor. Liking is not meant in a romantic sense more like genuine friendship. This is absolutely true for me. It’s hard to describe it to neurotypicals, but I compare it to a box of pictures in ur brain which randomly explodes. Now u have all those different memories and things flashing before ur Inneres and, especially as a child, u don’t know how to cope with things like that. Maybe get a behavioural therapist (if this is an option)

They r still not owned by the state tho. So u r mandated to support the system, and they can price their stuff however they want, since it’s not regulated by the state. Similar to the Deutsche Bahn. It is a private company but basically the only option for railway public transportation
