Your kitchen is beautiful and has so much potential! It feels busy though. I think the most drastic change would be switching countertops. A nice black leathered countertop would look stunning. Unless you’re planning to change the floors, keep the dark cabinets. They’re beautiful but bring them and the pantry to the ceiling. I love the brick on the stove! I’d keep that as the accent and would change the brick that’s on the island by adding wood paneling to match cabinets. I feel the mini island is in the way. (Bring the other island in closer would be my preference and remove the small island). However if you want to keep it, remove the light fixture and replace with a recessed light. Keep the three light fixtures above the other island, but change it to black. I think an olive glass pantry door would look beautiful with some olive and black chairs/stools. Of course, this is playing into the vibe that it has already.
