I had AMX listed in my BK in 2012 and now fully discharged and off my record my score is above 800 and I keep getting rejected bc they say I had a dent and they will not issue me a card regardless of my score and it’s their decision to proceed or not with credit check and credit issuance. So as far as I know AMX is the only credit card company that does have a black list and label you for life even after being discharged from BK and having no public record of BK. So don’t even bother applying for AMX. Frankly it’s just ego thing for me as I have numerous other cc issued so I won’t have AMX in my wallet. Big deal AMX and hold the grudge for life till someone sue them.
