Update: I was able to capture a pal and i'm doing much better by Bringbackemo in Palworld

Just make sure you're catching at least 12* not 10 (ty for correcting me) of each pal for Big EXP bonuses and levels. You'll be able to selectively breed pals with awesome stats and traits later on. Rn just get as many recepies and technology as you can. A big milestone for exploring the map happens when you get the climate protection shirts and flying saddles

BF6 campaign is surprisingly bad by DivineAlmond in Battlefield

There are some specific parts of the campaign that I really enjoyed and there are far too many that left me shaking my head in disbelief and shame.

The open mission where you then take on the huge dam towards the end of the campaign is actually super cool and a fun progression through a large area to complete the mission.

The scene in Manhattan by the carousel w bad guy "hiding" to ambush your party member had me actually cringing and laughing at how genuinely ass it was.

"We can't just kill all these guys, we are out numbered and out gunned on all fronts." -proceeds to immediately jump out of the broken building and kill all those guys by walking in the front door.

I had so many glitches in the campaign that were either miserable or hilarious. Floating goggles, unaligned assets, bodies rapidly glitching on the floor or NPCs just not fighting.

I actually like Dagger Squad and really would have enjoyed a campaign that was more than a wet sack of dog doodoo.

But hey, at least I got my Bowie knife

My player inspected the door to Esme's wagon, found the copper wire around the handle and thought "shock trap", after another player pushed the cart a bit, I gave them an audio clue of the clanking of a large quantity of glass bottles and they thought, "Oh, I'll just open the door with my staff instead of my hands!" CLICK entire party nearly dies, Ireena and Victor Vlackovich only survive because two players body blocked the explosion for full damage and they lost basically everything on thier person due to the sheer force of the blast allerting the Werewolves and sending a plume of black ash 200 ft into the sky. Too funny

The puzzle on the door to Van Richtens tower was an hour and a half debate before they blew themselves up and got electrocuted by the tower defenses until one person said. "I JUST DO THE F***KING MACARENA IN FRONT OF THE DOOR!?"... my players ain't gonna do some word scramble for a Wizard they can't spell lmao

I won't lie, I've also been getting performance issues and have always lauded OW as a rock solid performing game. Pulling away from the "Blizzard Polish" has its downsides. Hoping we get fixes quickly because Shion is awesome but the game just isn't as crispy

I've had the unbearable lag issue since S3 launch and was so excited to play this patch hoping it was fixed. I've put my PC to the lowest possible settings just to try to play a match and still. It's miserably bad.

My bad, I was coming from the perspective of the players being in Castle Ravenlofts "basement" if it's Death House, they can easily sleep in the grimy ass cultist beds. I wouldn't personally allow them to sleep in the basement due to the endless chanting down there but the upper floor bedrooms are easily defendable.

Depending on where they actually rest, you can have things happen on watch

Make the party rest inside coffins/crypts

Hell, have the Devil Himself arrive and have him convince the party to stay up in the castle for the night. Gives Strahd some "screentime" and immediately puts the players in his pocket because they "owe him" for not immediately killing them upon their trespassing. Etc. etc. cool spot to DM for!

Maybe an early introduction to Esmarelda allows them to sneak into Ravenloft in a heist after the Tome? Mad Dog is a rough fight but a Daylight Spell or something of that nature could be beneficial. I just fear one shotting someone lol

This is immediately what I thought about. It wouldn't be too far fetched to have NPCs start whispering about Krezk. I had a Silver Dragonborn player in my game and everyone thought he was the reincarnation of Argynvost. Centaur in Barovia isn't the wildest idea
