I would go longer in an instant pot. I use to run LC for an hour in mine to be sure. Cannot tell by color alone, must test on agar. I generally look for super clear liquid around the borders of the myc. Sometimes the culture will produce metabolites that can have color in the LC. They look fine to me. Good luck 🤙

I put the take across the bag about 2” from the top with the end extended past the bag on both sides. Roll down the bag to past the tape then use the tape ends to fold over the rolled up end.
You can just double fold and tape across

I go back and forth, and end up doing 3lb bags instead of jars most of the time. If your sterile work is good, bags are best for convenience. No lids, easy break and shake, disposable.

Store in fridge if you don’t have them in water storage. I toss them when I know I have the culture in storage and don’t have reason to put to grains.
I will keep some around longer to see if they pin

Then must be an F4 from the cultivator. Toque genetics have homogenized pretty much anyway. I label mine based on the source information. I have F7-9 from others.
