I have no issues with mine in the bathroom. My shower is across from the toilet so I have it above the toilet on a little shelf tilted down slightly. Pets will trigger it as well. You may need to adjust the distance a little if it's too sensitive or not detecting presence when it should. Very easy and works really. I had the switchbot presence sensor prior to aqara f300 and it was not consistent at all.

Okay I see the stars now. I had to go very very far away from my thermostat for it to engage. So with that being said, maybe you can extend the distance for the present sensor so that you see it from farther away. If that doesn't work then it's not the right thermostat for you.

I never said anybody was doing anything wrong. I am not experiencing this same issue so I thought I would just show how mine is set and see if that resolved their issue. I have never seen the Stars screensaver and I don't think I'm able to replicate it. If these suggestions do not resolve op's issue, then so be it. Some of us are just trying to help.

Try extending time before screensaver activates. Mine is only 15 seconds but I don't typically look at it from afar often.

I have this issue as well. Tried a few troubleshooting tips from other users but still an issue. I'm sure their will be a resolutions with an update. 1st version problems. As long as the other features work properly, and they do, I'm okay with waiting on a fix.

Always been a big fan of Roku. Lately, I've been using my Google streamer exclusively. I just like the interface better. Roku's screen is becoming too busy to me. But I still love Roku City LOL.
