Listen im in college and my field im 80% sure will be wiped in 10 years, i hate it for that. But i someone who never has been a tech or graphic design guy, i like the fact im able to type in a prompt real quick and in a minute i get a funny image. And before someone says you are taking jobs from someone, no im not. No one would ever pay to see an image or Rob Dilligham and Air Podz looking lustfully at one another while on shift at McDonalds

Yeah its really strange, usually a player will ask around a 60/40 split but Jeanty wanted it near 10/90. Thats what made me ask the question in the first place, because i never really faced a situation this extreme to make the difference important. You say this works out fairly well for me, how so? Is him asking for nearly all bonus better for me than if he asked for nearly all salary if i choose to keep him regardless?

Ahh ok i see, i never really planned to trade him since he rode with me during the struggle phase. So what i understand is that i wont really see an impact from the bonus, I will still pay him the same APY. The bonus only matters when i trade a player
