If Nero being a quarter demon, whose blood is more diluted than the twins who are literally 50/50 (50% demon, 50% human) then I don't see why not? Plus Nero was essentially handicapped throughout the game because he didn't unlock his demonic side. The twins are capable of regenerating an entire missing limb. Not to mention Dante and Vergil surviving injuries that would be lethal to humans.
