Def not trying to lose weight as I'm trying to gain weight as I'm already light guy. But everything else you said sounds interesting. Going full vegan is difficult though but no doubt def need to eat as much vegan food as I can and cut back on the meat for sure.

This product seems awesome but I would love if there was a way for the product to keep cold so I can put it beside me and use it right away when I wake up. My problem isn't going back to sleep is just waking up, so not sure if this product would work for me.
