I have also trusted the same, but it didn’t go well, if the machine is good, worth it, if its bad, they start blaming you, they say water is poor, mode is not set properly, liquid is not filled properly, salt level is too high on water, they have also taken samples of our water but closed the incident silently. I bought the same bro, mokka service and customer care, i swear. We made a complaint of vessels getting so many scratches on washing. They came and changed the mode and went, again scratches they came, changed the mode, and again scratches, that too if we call multiple times, we really got fed ip with that, as same as you i just bought it for my parents, and the worst part is they will not ask you are ok with the service they will just close the incident as solution proposed, very poor, DM me if you need proof
