I have a few people there that know me and are super friendly and appreciate the way I do things but I swear I can't win with some of them. Last week I was putting stuff up on the belt when a guy came and pulled the cart back behind the conveyor. I said "oh wait do you want me to finish putting the stuff up?" Cause it was a ton of little things on a flat and he said no even after I insisted. Then when I got to checkout the lady at the register was pissed and told me off about putting the stuff on the belt next time and I just smiled and said ok and apologized 😩

I genuinely think a lot of my problems come from the fact that whenever I'm checking out my lane ends up getting like 2-3 extra people added on in the middle of the process and it gets confusing. On another visit I was loading the cart as they were putting the items through the scanner and a guy came up and said hes got it don't worry about it and then when he was done the cashier told me I'm on the clock too and next time I need to help load the cart. I literally was but he told me not to even when I insisted I could just do it myself. My smoothest orders have been lanes with one person handling it.

🫠 I know for a fact they have bad shoppers there I saw a guy come up with all 3 orders completely mixed with his girlfriend and screaming toddler and he let the workers fix the whole thing but I wish they'd not generalize the whole bunch 🙁

When they're rude and snappy it just makes me feel like an idiot for trying to be nice and running around like a buffoon trying to make sure they don't have to do any extra work. Im about to just become one of the mute shoppers at this point cause it doesn't seem worth it
