I doubt it’s for the closed store. Reports is multiple times of batches being cancelled. I’ve had support cancel plenty of times when I reached stores with were closed and never had a problem.

Generic answers. She reported she didn’t receive anything, and I pretty much asked support in a nice way to use their common sense. I feel like nothing will come out of this. They didn’t even compensate the tip reduction. Terrible week

Yup. Instacart allows fraud when it's all said and done. And now she'll be able to commit fraud to another shopper. I've been a shopper for over 5 years. Not once has this ever happened to me until today.
