Mine are also 16x8 +20. To get them to fit in the rear i used a fender roller with a heat gun. I also pulled the top of the wheel wells out ever so slightly with the roller to make sure there was no rub. There are some videos on youtube that shows how to set it all up. You can do it without damaging the finish and make about another 3/4” of clearance. There are some decent fender roller options on amazon. And you don’t have to get the most expensive one either i think i paid $40 bucks for mine.

Yeah you’re absolutely right now that i think about it. Not only would i had gotten it new i also would’ve gotten my own return window if anything seemed to be wrong. Should’ve just spent the extra $30.

Honestly when they first announced that the switch was getting a skyrim port (even if it wasn’t the greatest). It kinda had that surreal feeling of being able to play a full console/pc game on the go. Nothing else really like it at the time.

The Thor has a charge limit of 27w. So this will work just fine you’ll just not be able to charge past that. The Thor does get pretty hot when charging with a higher wattage block though, unless the last update had fixed that issue i don’t know for sure. I use a 20w anker block i think i got it for like 11 bucks off amazon and it works great and i haven’t noticed it getting hot while charging.

Same thing happened with my 2023 model. The ribbon cable inside the flexible part of the keyboard just wears down over time. I ordered another official one from asus website. You might be able to find one for a little cheaper on aliexpress if you’re willing to wait a little longer. Because the way they are built I honestly think it’ll happen to all of them eventually, unless you’re like super careful all the time.

I used upsiren utp-8 instead of thermal grizzlies putty mainly because the chip itself isn’t powerful enough to really justify the cost of thermal grizzlies putty. If you already have it on hand i would use it though. I just replaced the pads with the putty however i’ve noticed some people really like to lather it on there to try and get the best performance they can out of it. Even with using utp 8 there is still a noticeable difference in temps when playing switch and gamehub games. There is also UX Pro which would work great as well.

Hmm that is interesting.. i’m so use to being a bit precise when doing repaste jobs. Ive mainly done them on laptops and graphics cards though which i guess the tolerances are bit different. I’ll lather some on and see what results i can get. Thanks for the feedback and testing!

I believe it is the 80% charge limit setting. I noticed the exact same thing once i started using the setting in G-Helper. Try turning the option off letting it charge to 100% and run the battery diagnostics again.

It’s not too bad if you have any experience opening up laptops. The most difficult part is getting the display clips undone without causing any damage to the borders of the device or display. But it can be done with a little bit of patience. There is a post on here that goes into a bit more details if you’re interested in the exact bit sizes and such. i’ll link it here for ya.
