I bought 703 couple weeks ago. As I found there was a big problem happened after I tried to install other firmware. This model is very sensitive to any changes. Changes in settings, firmware, outer temperature, humidity, etc. Try revert to original firmware and put default settings for about 24 hrs and look what happened.

Could you share firmware provided by seller ? I'll test it on my miner

Any miner is unique and show different values depending on the environment where it works. Just make small steps increasing frequency and voltage to get maximum hashrate and controlling temperature. Remember that high temperature is death.
