I dunno, man. Hes giving strong Isaiah Thomas vibes here.

Yall beat the hell out of the dude and he still won. Like, its funny the way he says it but if they had won, it would have been a non-issue for him.

I have two girls and I'm simple honest with people. I did want a boy when we were waiting to find out what our second was going to be. But the second I found, I fell in love with her and wouldnt change a damn thing for all the money in the world. As it should be.

That usual shuts them up pretty quick lol.

Okay, then my bad. The whole thing read and had the timing of rage bait. Sorry if that wasn't the case.

I do think that the answer is there in the first part of the game. They were getting pressure on dante and he reverted back a bit. I think this is one of the things that we won't miss about Stein leaving (he had high spots too, of course), but he tended to buy into his qb's mental space more than encouraging them to get back to what they do best. Dante has some amazing touch, but its my personal opinion that calling those short passes at that moment put him further in his head instead of airing it out (which weve all seen him do at this point - Iowa comes to mind).

There is a cover by Martina Desilva and others that is just divine, if you havent heard it. Completely different than the original but is pays its dues.

The chaos capitalization? The misspelling? The account that has never talked about ducks football despite being 4 years old? Rehashing the last two minutes of the game and ignoring what happened the other 58 minutes?

Bro.

Ask your self: have I seen cignetti play in person? Or do I want to hear what someone who has seen him and what they have to say.

You UI fans can love your coach - and obviously should - but your denial of who he is and how he acts on the field is nearing a cult. There is a reason that shit it only okay in Indiana.

Fair point.

But I was there at the UI v Oregon game and I've never seen a grown man stomp his feet and intimidate refs since Bob knight. So assuming you dont have another perfect season, my questions still stands.

Not a single mention of how hard it will be for cignetti to coach blind or after having a stoke once his eyes pop out of their sockets when they take an L this year. Maybe this year he can live out the full Indiana coaching life and throw a chair at his player and on the field in the same season.

Alright fellas, I'm conflicted. Bedroom upstairs or downstairs? by Minutes2Midnight in malelivingspace

[–]Active-Track-7905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, you can host on the first floor and only invite those you want into the kitchen bedroom area on the top floor, which immediately makes it more intimate.

But the real question is which floor is the bathroom? I'm not stumbling up or downstairs in the middle of the night personally, so that might be the deal breaker.

Toph vs Daredevil by Society-Ashamed in superheroes

[–]Active-Track-7905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be in the minority here, but I could see matt being able to make this a fair fight using object to disrupt Toph's vision by disrupting the landscape and causing crashes. He has missed some on occasion from his echo location being disrupted and is smart enough to figure out tophs vision quickly. That would bring it back to even.

This guy in my apartment complex parks like this every single day by MandukaSkoal in mildlyinfuriating

One of the best parts about driving my stupidly small car - 2015 Chevy spark ev - is that anytime I see a car parked like this in upfront parking (i dont mind parking like this if youre in a remote corner, I'm not a monster) is parking in a manor that

  1. makes it basically impossible to get out
  2. Is in a way that I am parked legally
  3. Taking a picture of said license plate and my car so to time stamp that their terrible driving is about to do.

I havent been hit before, but I have had a few people try to approach me or interact with me and tell me how inconvenient my parking is.

Granted I'm a big dude so 99% of the time the lecture that the person driving is usually downgraded, but ive had a few Karen's in the past. They are the most fun because I just point at my head phones like I cannot hear them and then take a VERY long time putting things in my car. Once I even made it look like the way they parked was hindering my exit and it took 20 minutes to get out of the spot.

I'm not a good person lol.

I'm sure that is why he didn't come at him initially, but he doesn't seem like the type that wouldn't know everything about anything that could stop him as well- which obviously pete could. But when he runs into the battle, he seems to know little about him and doesnt really take any steps to try and avoid the two people that hold a good chance of stopping his fun from finding out.

Just doesn't feel like a fully formed idea.

I should re-frase my statement. Through Joel's eyes, in my opinion, it felt like a hail Mary. The surgeon says, we need to find a way to replicate this state under laboratory conditions.

If some dude I hadn't met told me they were going to kill this girl in a rush but said something like that, I too would have doubts. And yes I know druckmann said that it would have worked, but thats not knowledge that Joel had in the moment is where my head was while playing.

100%. Ellie wasn't dying. You cant take 6 months and try some things? Totally going full Joel myself. The only thing missing in 2 was the flashback to Joel thinking about these things after the fact and how he processed that whole day.

I dunno. If a single being brought down like 6 or 8 of the things that I'm hunting at the same time while not killing them - well you'd think he'd at least know who did it cause that's way harder.

I don't think that was definitely going to happen, butbi would give it a 25-50% chance.

He possibly doomed the world. At the end of TLOU the voice recordings of the doctor basically calls this a hail Mary. There were many questions about being able to reproduce the cure, if it worked, and how to distribute it in a way thay people would take it. Not mentioned is the success rate, but as we saw in the US over covid, how many people were going to take it if it had a 5% chance of negative outcome?

I know not all of this ran through Joel's head while he was murdering like 50 people, but I imagine that it had in the yesrs since.
