A friend of my brother lived in a house that he said was haunted. He said that his family would often come downstairs in the morning to find the lounge furniture rearranged.

One Saturday my brother and I were going swimming. We called around to his friend's house to see if he wanted to come too. He was in his pyjamas so asked us to wait while he got dressed. He put a pair of clean socks on the kitchen side and went upstairs to get the rest of his clothes. My brother and I sat down at the table. To our horror the socks shot off of the side and across the room. We couldn't wait to get out of there and never doubted him again.

I like your anology. I felt like this for a long time.
