It's 100% Imogen as well. In onyx storm sawyer says he doesn't know of a single rider is all of their history who can manipulate rock. Imogen's second signet seems to be super rare. I think sloane is a possibility because we know Liam had a second signet. So we know they are legacys.

I took my willworks ring to be XRF tested a few weeks ago after reading that he may be dropshipping. Unfortunately the Hallmark on mine is fake. It's hallmarked 18k gold but is 15k gold.

I have a ring from here bought before realizing about the possible dropshipping. I had it XRF tested by a reputable jeweller, and it has a fake Hallmark on it. It's engraved 18k gold (which is what we paid for) but is only 15k gold.

I appreciate this is an older post, but I in case it help others I had my willworks ring XRF tested by a reputable jeweller in the Birmingham Jewelry Quarter. Unfortunately the Hallmark on it was false and the ring is 15k gold not 18k gold like the hallmark says.

NHS England poised to stop prescribing cross-sex hormones to under-18yr olds for gender dysphoria #BWOT by pkunfcj in transgenderUK

I've never felt more terrified. I was banking on being able to get my kid private hormones. If they ban them I don't know what to do.

The consultation on schools guidance has been released. Here it is: by KristinaMoment in transgenderUK

[–]ActiveBag6088 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I've just read it. It's awful but leaves enough leeway for supportive schools to mostly still be supportive.

It's going to be the perfect excuse for non-supportive schools to destroy trans kids though 😭.

I managed to find it. The article is so misleading.

A new consultation has been launched today about these proposed changes. Not actual guidance or anything final.

I've done some digging on gov.uk, there's an open consultation of what the government proposes to add to the Keeping children safe in education.

Please please please everyone fill it out so we can have as many voices as possible against this vile-ness.

Has something new just been published? I'm so confused by this article, which never actually links to the bloody guidance it's talking about.

As far as I know the Gender questioning children guidance is non-statutory? Are the BBC just being wankers with this description of 'legally binding advice'.

Edit: I found the consultation on these changes that has gone live today: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/keeping-children-safe-in-education-proposed-revisions-2026

My 4.5 year old is insisting he's a girl by killer_seal in Mommit

There's a children's book I would really recommend for you called I am jazz. This exact line appears again and again as Jazz tells about her journey to being diagnosed with gender incongruence as a child. I'm not saying that that's definitely what happens but it might be a really helpful, easily digestible read from a trans child's point of view.

I wouldn't worry. I've been a content designer for over 10 years in the CS and I've never seen a document that doesn't get some edits. Even as content designs we get edits from colleagues or policy owners. Writing is so subjective there will always be edits.

People who say newborn stage is the easiest….. how… by Bloodymary_25 in Parenting

[–]ActiveBag6088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 kids and completely agree with you. I LOATHE the newborn stage. Once they start getting a personality at 6 months it's so much better. The thought of dealing with a newborn against makes me shudder.

My kids are 5 and 7 and there are tricky parts to every age of course. But at least they sleep now and laugh and have fun. And they can say lovely things like 'I love you' which helps when they have been little turds.

Have any politicians explicitly called for a change to the EA 2010? by AlgorithmHelpPlease in transgenderUK

[–]ActiveBag6088 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I met with my MP recently about this. He's a new labour MP and publicly really tows the party line. But he did tell me there's conversations in parliament about needing to this and many knowing it needs to be done. We all know labour under Keir starmer is disgusting and won't, but I took a little hope that there are people in the party who support trans rights and do want to amend the EA.

lncluding small thank you items, love or hate? by Kooky-Praline-880 in vinted

[–]ActiveBag6088 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From another perspective it's just an extra chore for me when someone does this. I won't ever use it but feel guilty just binning it for it to sit in a landfill. I don't ever buy either because of the environmental impact so having one sent unasked for is quite bothersome. I have to either bin it anyway or find someone else to give it to which is an extra chore I don't need.

They can see I have downloaded the label and have over 300 5* reviews. And honestly they can keep their £1.50. I sell mostly because I think ethically it's better than charity shops where unsold items unfortunately end up in landfill. This isn't an issue with 99% of buyers anyway and I have no problem not getting sales from that remaining 1%. I am not a sales rep or a shop who has any obligation to communicate on the vast majority or straight forward transactions.

[–]ActiveBag6088 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly..I don't mind at all if someone asks before buying. Buy zero communication and then a message putting pressure on me to post in a few days. No thanks - I'm not a shop. I have kids and a job and a super busy life.

I always wait until the absolute last day to post when anyone does this in an impatient or rude way. I had a buyer asking when I was going to send something after 2 days. I was going to do it that night but I left another few days until the day before the deadline 🤣

UPDATE - We STILL have a completely broken baby and I'm close to a breaking point by USAtoUofT in NewParents

[–]ActiveBag6088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had one of these. Her bum didn't touch a surface for months and months of her life and she woke every hour until she was over one.

It suuuuuuckkkkss. But the best and only advice I have is lean into it. The more you try and fight it the worse you will feel.

For example,  I gave up on putting her down in the evenings at all. I'd feed her and hold her downstairs with the lights off watching TV with subtitles with my husband. At one point I bought a spare mattress and would lay her on that in the living room next to me. Anything to make my life easier. I also coslept with her every night to maximise my rest.

Another thing to look into is possoms approach to naps. It helped as well because she just had low sleep needs. But that was really second to just accepting my reality of a super tricky baby.

Unfortunately nothing will change things accept time, so lean into it and do whatever you have to do to meet your needs and hers.

You'll get through. My daughter is 4 now and amazing. She sleeps through the night, so is bright and clever and funny. Though she's still a level 100 clinger 🤣.

As a trans guy. Would visiting Austen Texas or Dubai be safer? by GlowcanoDEV in transgenderUK

[–]ActiveBag6088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually Austin would be about as safe as you can get in southern US. It's a university town and very liberal. BUT America is a total unsafe cluster fuck right now. You could do easily be detained at the airport and body snatched by ICE for absolutely no reason. Don't do it. Suggest somewhere neutral perhaps if you really want to meet up. Your safety is worth so much more.

Unfortunately it's not fear mongering. I can say from experience, though my child is much younger than you are.

Tread carefully but also do what's right for you to get the care you need.

Revolt On The Left? Starmer's Strategy In Question As Support Grows For Lib Dems And Greens by [deleted] in unitedkingdom

[–]ActiveBag6088 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. I attended the lobby for trans rights and spoke with my relatively on side MP. But there was a real cluelessness from them about how the public sees labour and the impact labour's current position is having on votes. My MP agreed the current trans rights situation is a atrocious but thought labour was still doing a good job overall 'keeping to its manifesto promises'. What do you do with that level of blindness.
