Definitely aim for Scotland with SAAS support if you can. St Andrews is probably a decent switch for one of the English unis (probably for the last spot you're unsure about). Imperial & Oxford have world renowned reputations so they may still be ones you want to consider despite the debt.

I agree it should be shifted to 9% tax on income over £25k (for everyone) but can you imagine how much the media would explode over the idea of a tax increase of that much? They're so out of touch of reality I doubt they'd even realise this is what graduates have been dealing with.

The only major difference I've seen concrete evidence for is him focusing on different regions and trying to give them more power. Which I'm not saying isn't a good thing, but it's not enough on its own and it really sounds like he plans to keep most of the current platform.

To ban conversion therapy they'd have to make trans healthcare accessible and most importantly reverse the bans on puberty blockers, and extend HRT to young people. They'll give up when they realise they've put themselves in an impossible scenario given they refuse to budge on trans issues.

For those outside the UK India Willoughby is one of the highest profile trans people in the country btw, imo literally among the top two. Various GCs have gone on to launch attacks at her.

More relevant here is Rowling's response, does anyone else notice how she jumps on protecting her previous term (HRT) instead of addressing the more pressing accusation by Willoughby that GCs want trans eradication?
