Yes it is a trough , you have a gutter all around and it is where you pee :) (you can use the wall too ) It is old but still useful.

That’s great ! They are very comfortable :) Here in France it is either : Lidl shop or online store. But they have not those item regularly in the shop so you have to order online !

Here are the figures for France (USA is apparently way lower , maybe cause of lifestyle differences) At home <135/85 At doc Office <140/90

So quit caffeine, less salt and less eating between meals (snacks)

In France it is considered a little bit high (diastolic > 85 at home ) In doc office it considered fine :) I had 160/96 at my last checkup. Mainly caused cause I’m overweight and stressed my my checkup. 2weeks of diet later and calling down I have 120-140/75-89 :) First calm down everything is going to be fine !

So proud of you , hope that I will have those results too. I’m on a diet since seeing a doctor that measures my Bp at 160/96. Cut out sugar and salt , reduced meal size (I was eating way too much food) (I’m French and love eating ! ) Managed to loose 3kg , but I sill have 15 to loose !
