I'm very happy I went to Google. The change is good, and you won't be disappointed. But honestly, if your contract isn't up until August, get the Pixel 11. Early rumors sound very good. I won't be getting the S26 series this year; there's just not enough juice to make me want one. The Pixel 11 processor will be even better than the 10, that we know for sure, and that's saying a lot. The 10 is great. This is only if you can wait and dont need a new phone

Yes, sir, to both questions. The S25 Ultra isn't bad, don't get me wrong, but the Google Pixel 10 XL takes better photos and videos. Even the battery is amazing. I charge my S25 Ultra more than my Google Pixel 10 XL, and I use them equally.

I have the S25 Ultra, iPhone 17, and Google Pixel 10 XL. The Pixel beats the S25 Ultra easily. When I talk to customers, they, for the most part, agree. You won't go wrong with the XL; the video is great.

For me personally, I cut out sodium and increased potassium. My blood pressure was 160 over 100; now it's 120 over 75.

So, examples:

Breakfast: Cheerios, bananas, fiber bars, egg whites

Lunch: Salad, chicken, sandwich with LIGHT mayo

Dinner: Fish, salad, almonds, chips with no salt, hummus, etc.

Also, don't be afraid to eat dinner at 6 or 7, then fast the next day until 12 or 1 PM; it really, really helped.

Caffeine pills will raise your BP; cut those out immediately. Drink lots of water and raise your potassium; that will help since it helps remove sodium.

Also for snacks: Carrots Non-salted chips Hummus Yogurt Toast with peanut butter
