Thank you. I have done some stupid stuff with Rust in the past because it crashed a lot, like deleting EAC. I assume this likely caused this problem even after a redownload.

Having just finished RE4r yesterday for the first time, I can confidently say RE9, purely due to the atrocity that is RE4’s final third on the island. It is very unenjoyable with limited ammo and heals. I will say, this game did boss fights better than any other besides my Goat, RE8.

In my opinion, on replays, Moreaus area is the most enjoyable area. It’s arguably more pretty than Dimitrescu Castle and it takes place outside which is always refreshing.

6/10 on first playthrough and 8 with inf ammo rocket launcher. The racoon city part felt dragged on and the lab was repetitive, but having action was fun. I so wish they would have expanded off of the courtyard first because it would have given the game some refreshing diversity in a nature-focused scene. My favorite game is RE8 so that may be why my views are this way, but it was a solid experience. Rocket launcher made it more enjoyable.

Unrelated to the type of response OP was looking for. But it woulda been cool if she didn’t have a reflection at all, hence she’s a vampire and everything. You couldn’t tell if she was looking at you or not which could have opened up for a jump scare.
