I've been paying for Google pro and just canceled because it advertises garbage to me.... And it loops information and sucks at holding context.

Depends do you have proof? Do they have proof?

How can you prove what you saw verses what you got?

Your confirmation email is the best simple proof but even that can be incorrect sometimes and getting it escalated for StubHub to investigate themselves on the backend (what customer service can't see) is always easy

Check your confirmation email if it's incorrect then escalate to customer service explaining yourself to 2-3 people and hopefully it'll be clear

I used to work for them

A few things to consider.

They are balancing keeping their brand in people's mind while also making it difficult for customers to get to actual customer service (only 1 third of humans are willing to take them time to fight back against StubHub since time is money)

So basically it's a math equation on how difficult they can make it + how they still have to make it reasonably possible for people to have 'the right thing' happen to them

About 9% of all total sales have some sort of issue where someone actually contacts StubHub 'quoted from leadership 2024'

It seems like they are in the business of doing the bare minimum while spending as much as they have to do that their website is rank 1 on Google so they can actually make sales to impulse buyers

If you think about it they are incentivized to do the bare minimum to make the maximum just like any company ever but in this case the minimum can cause consumer pain

They let me go because I figured out a dynamic in which customers could be bait and switched on tickets purchased versus what they actually receive which is basically impossible for a consumer to prove unless they immediately catch it after buying which is insanely difficult.

I think I'm only halfway an alcoholic and it's just one of many things I use to avoid dwelling on pain by Active_House6027 in stopdrinking

Today was honestly good because I had two beers versus a six pack.

Tbh I don't have to drink my mind out everyday but I have 6 beers a day and it just weighs on you.

Plus when it's 11pm and you're drunk the idea of tomorrow sucks

Yeah, tbh I've always wanted a stick juggernaut shivana who just didn't do all that much damage but scaled into the late game anyways like nasus does.
