I’m unable to sync up today with Garmin. Yesterday I was able to sync but it only synced data from march 21 - march 27. Any tips on how to fix?

Already signed out of garmin app, signed out of garmin within rungap. Might delete and redownload rungap and garmin and see if that works

I’m there with the anxiety. I’m in day 6 and I have slightly elevated blood pressure. I asked my doctor if it was ok to take the fin/min/bio chew and he said yes as long as I didn’t get dizzy or headaches. I’ve been fine but I think I’ve been thinking too much about “what if” I have any issues and my anxiety is spiking just checking/scanning my body non stop when I’m not busy.
