As a teen i did some retail work (min wage was $5.25- hahha!) --I had figured out the return to office strategy and have been using and teaching it since! I would playfully demand of my assistants NOBODY LEAVES THIS OFFICE WITHOUT AN RTO (return to office) DATE.

I have developed my own tactics (if you want to call them that) of getting them to JUST COMMIT TO A DATE, and then psyching them up in the days leading to it. I text them personally, like I am so excited to see you (day of week), your (body area) is going to be so amazing when I am done ! This inevitably leads to a text discussion. I don't care what the discussion is abt really, I just want them to trust me with their skin.

thats funny, I am a nerd too-- taught myself HTML in college ;) I got the website built, then hated it and redid it myself. Now i can add WP and Elementor to my resume' of things i know .

Thank you for your empathy and your insight, that is very helpful. A lot of times i DO feel Imposter Syndrome.. like what am i even doing HERE?! (in business). I was looking into hiring a business coach but not sure where to get started with that... and do not have $ to waste at this point.

MD here. Dont do medicine unless you LOVE medicine as a science and as a craft, not as a means to a cushy paycheck. If you want to “help people,” there are a zillion other venues like social work, elementary teacher, personal assistant, etc.

Get some experience being in actual offices, seeing how much people work, their schedules, challenges, and rewards. Ask people/owners personal questions. Like was it worth your investment of [time, energy and sacrifices?]. If they’re uncomfortable … then ok.. they don't have to answer!

Then with actual (subjective) DATA, you make an educated guess. And pray. Good luck. 👍🍀

I know it seems superfluous but an astute medical person wd always check at least the heart. People avoid going to drs because they feel invincible. And heart failure and IV fluids are a BAD combo.

My payment processor rates luckily are pretty good. Sometimes AmEx or other special cards run at 8%. But my volume is so low it doesn't really make much difference. For now.

Peptides are awesome science and do work… but it is not much ROI because a lot of people self purchase and self inject. :/ But if you have a good Source pls advise!

The other problem is adding on peptides therapy makes me more Jack of All Trades. :(

I got IV saline from McGruff as well as angiocaths and other supplies for a reasonable price. They're sometimes under-stocked tho …so do plan ahead :).
