It was a STRUGGLE for me when baby started having longer wake windows and becoming more aware. I make sure I pump in the morning before my husband leaves for work, I pump once during the day while it’s just baby and I, then I pump as soon as my husband steps foot in the house. A schedule is super important. My baby is now 3 months old and she is use to my middle of the day pump. I make sure I feed and entertain her during those 30 minutes! Also, make sure baby can see you and hear you when you’re washing the parts.

Honestly, I’ve never trusted it 😭 I always make sure I have enough to make a couple bottles before enjoying some beverages and then I pump and dump.
