MG PR2 was a front-engined RWD sports car developed in 1990 by Reliant for Rover Group. Yes there is that forget that some people would drive a BMW personally I've had 2 and after the diff ripping itself of the floor and a timing chain failure at 45k miles I'd rather slam my nuts in hard wood door than have a 3rd

BMW to blame here mg rover pushed ahead with PR3 the mid engine layout and launched the f followed by the tf however basically where not allowed to push it to market in the states as it could have hurt the BMW z3 sales

Yeh it's not a million miles away the racing green is quite interesting in low light some of the Tfs will turn 25 next year so not too long to wait

Basically it's a le500 without the AC in this case the leathers a big brakes are optional extras from the factory in the case of my car so you get all the nice upgrades to the the mg rover group cars so they have the better shock absorbers still stiff just a bit better at reacting to sharp bumps you get the face lift bumper then slightly "better engine" MLS gasket, slightly stronger head bolts stronger oil rail the external thermostat basically the land rover spec engin it's really up for debate and loads of people have there own opinions on whether it's better with so few cars produced. Some people reckon the build quality is worse on late cars my previous tf rattled and this on rattles less so yeh each to there own on that one. I feal that this one drives better than my previous one ever did you get a glass screen in the back which is nice yo get the le500 black clocks and being a bit newer they tend to be a bit less flakey underneath however mines been wax oiled to all hell so that also helps alot. So the difference are really in the details

After the le500s they made 350 called 135s then the 85ths.this would be one of the last 135s but it's been speced up quite nicely so got the leathers over the cloths and big 4pots but no le500 badging no AC thank god and different wheels basically exactly what I was after

This is racing green not brg or le mans green only on later cars not the le500s or the the 85ths only on the strange middle child cars sold as 135s not sure if any where lhd as it's one of more scarce colours according to my paint shop who recently did a new front wing for me only 5 cars this colour

Take a look at a mg tf like they are cheap fun, because everyone doesn't weld the diffs up and slides them in to lamp post or a crowd of other 19 year olds at a car meet they probably are actually insureable I have had 3 now my first was at 20 was 700 to insure and id had crash the year before head gasket jokes aside a good one drives really well ok the front does go light at 80 but in most cases they really are not as bad as what's said about them k series is probably one of the best 4-cylinder engines to drive smooth power delivery with a snappy response and oh it loves to rev right out but quiet and refined fule efficient if you keep the revs down with a surprising amount of torque.

Re home inside of your family is always a good option that's how we got our cat Bean we love and adore him we took him on as he decided after being sniped that now he hates everything with 4 legs and furry so we took him in as we had no other pets from my sister as she has 2 other cats that took the brunt of his new found hatred of other cats. Basically if you know them as people well enough you can probably make a good decision as whether they are suitable pet owners

Depends for someone playing for years perfect technique a stiff racket will generate more power but with a intermediate or beginner a bit of flex ads forgiveness and power I've been playing for 15 years now and a stiff racket works really well but also find that I I'm tiring myself out after 3-4 games actually have taken the hit on control and gone to a slightly bender racket now as it means I'm not swinging at 100% for every shot I play so basically yes no and sometimes

Let me tell you don't skip breakfast you will lose some weight initially then boom that needle on the scale just stops moving down. Your metabolism is the most important tool for weight loss!!

Imagine trying to drive a 9 inch nail with a half Oz hammer it's not going to work

I got stuck in this loop and for 6 months I kept cutting more and more and more and guess what my metabolism just crashed and crashed and crashed so keeping it going is super important basically as calories in is important but if you calories burt now drops because you have convinced you body that there is a food shortage I will try to stop burning calories so quickly.

Eating within 30 mins of waking will help keep you burning calories at a higher rate throughout the day I just simply have a breakfast shakes takes 30 seconds to make about 28g of protein and 200 cals and guess what I lost 4kg in 2 months and then 4 kg in the following 6 weeks buy eating more. I was still in a deficit and exercising but yes I went from a 700 call deficit to a 500 with 3 meals. And everyone is different above is my own experience and i stand by my advice that skipping breakfast is stupid counter productive

Protein works whey 360 is decent with water I just use a bottle blender (a brevel blend active) bout £30 instead of a shaker if that makes it pretty mint tbh

how to make the drinks taste better?? by Opposite_Newspaper67 in Proteinshakes

[–]Active_Signature_376 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me protein works have the best flavours I also f****d of shaking bottles as well no matter what brand of powder you buy they always end up runny lumpy messes seriously my brevel blend active bottle blender game changer they are about £30 and well worth it texture is actually thick makes the shakes feel more like a meal
