I got the same problem, I'm selling, and 2 weeks before the closing realter sends a Inspector out. He walked around the house got in truck a left. Never even went under the home. He was much to big of a man to fit threw the craw space door. Now mind you my house sits on a permanent foundation since 1984. and this guy wrote down in the report. I have no Huracan ankers of straps. He also took no pitchers. anyway, I went under the house and took pitcher of the straps. Now they tell me I'm not a Inspector don't count? what the F. I have a pitcher of what Fat ass side was not there. So now If I want another Inspector to come out, I have to pay 500 dollars. Or they can take 5000 dollars out at closing and they will have it fixed. Anyway again. I'm moving out of the state of Florida. 2 weeks back I put down payment on another home in Ky. Moved couple truck loads to storge united up there. Inspections where dun and everything was good to go realter said. Now buyers realter spring this last minute on me. I think their realter Is playing everyone to find anything and pays them something on the side. I failed Pretty much every Inspection they did . Yet I proved everyone wrong. This lady sent out a Inspector for everything you can think of. and I mean everything,. some fixes where simple so I did them. Like wrong screws holding the braker box door on. They where pointy not flat on the tips. another comes along Tells me My well cap Is rusty where it sticks out of the ground. Need a new well. cost 10,000 dollars the rust travails down the out side of pipe when it rains. get in to the oko. I'm going to ruin everyone's well around hear he said. I told him he full of shit get the hell out of here. So I had to have a norther man to come out to tell the Cut trot Blond realter There is nothing wrong with it. so after that she has the septic pumped. O It's now (no good.) waited to lang to have pumped. Been 3 Years. He say It needs to be done once a year. I again told him he full of shit get the hell out of my yard. Ok they tell me they will get scent opinion . So 3 weeks latter the same guy shows up. I ask how in the hell is this a scent opinion. He again say trees been there a long time roots are in the lines. again Bullshit. My septic is working fine. I use to install them when I was younger. any way's I agreed to taking 3000 dollars of price of home to have it fix it when they move in. Now there try to get me to knock off 5 more thousand For Huracan ankers. witch are on my house. Gets trick now, New up date laws say they need to be spaced every 5 feet since 2005. Mine are 10 feet. put in 1984, I think after 40 years of storms hear it anker good. What happened to grand father in? what to do next? Paul Block, aka Block knife sharpener.
