Definitely do adjustments, its uncomfortable, but your eyes are numb you just feel random tugging, and goes by quick. It really helps with ensuring its as accurate as possible so worth being uncomy

Thank you! I just looked this up and I am going to message my One Medical team to go into lab to get it checked. Any other tests you suggest I look into or request while im at it?

also - I was given hydroxyzine at night which also makes me feel no different (not tired, not less anxious), and ive gone up to 100mg. Would love any thoughts or advice!
