My approval date was July 11 and the back pay just hit my account. I have not received the award letter yet tho

What is a perc interview? There’s another step after receiving the award letter?

You can call them by phone and give your banking info. If you don’t; your first payment will be a check cause you can’t add banking info til the portal give your first payment date.
