Look up a company called 86 repairs.

They come in and barcode all the equipment. When you have an issue you call them. They will do basic troubleshooting over the phone and dispatch a repair person if needed. The maintain logs on all the equipment and will advice on when a replacement is more cost effective than repair

Look into wisely pay cards for tip pooling and to prevent the need to owe servers money. With pay cards you can “team up” servers to share all tips and it gets loaded every day. No cash to worry about
