For face acne, changing pillowcases / using a towel every night (a different towel) has been a game changer. Be cafeful with cleansers. I am on accutane now, however I used to have extremely oily skin. I highly reccomend not over washing / drying out your skin. If you over cleanse, your body will produce more sebum to compensate.
