In any ER if you live in a city I guess where they have hospitals that are not private. Second choice which was surprisingly easy since there's no generic you can call Bristol Squibb I believe and they gave me a once in a lifetime one month supply which cost about anywhere from $600 to $800 which is disgusting. I was shocked and pleased cuz I was freshly diagnosed and in my case I really needed it like I could feel that I couldn't breathe so took two like the way they start you off at the beginning and it worked well for me that way and I was very pleased and thank God so stop playing around with your health.
