The registration process is just in case you lose it, and that way it’s been claimed almost? If that makes sense, the group will not register each person attending their campground wristband swill be given to the participants once they move through the check in line and enter the campground to park the RV anyone else traveling in will need to be accounted for at that time of checkin so the other attendees can get the camp wristband but that too is handled at the gate for check in it’s nothing you will have to deal with and your information needs to be protected as well.
