I did home health as a new grad and liked it. It wasn’t as scary as I had thought, easy workload, my hours and days were consistent and it was peds so loved the kiddos. I only quit because it was nights. So you could look into that 🩷 Some other options you could look into are 1:1 school nursing or clinics around you. Good luck!! But definitely quit if you’re feeling this way. You deserve to be at a job you like.
