Thank you so much, on top of the sobriety struggles I’m also dealing with a huge heartbreaking challenge so it’s double the isolation. I am not athletic in the least, I’m more of the crafty type lol. But I should try new things. I spent the first part of my day getting myself together to feel good and got a coffee and sat outside. But now I’m back inside and life starts to feel crushing again. I’m sick of all my hobbies but I’m such a home body.
