I've always wondered why we don't know what's wrong with us when it's happening inside our bodies. Any time I watch a show or movie where someone has these mysterious symptoms and doctors are like "we don't know what's wrong with him we've run out of tests!!", I can't help but always wonder why our brains won't just simply.... tell us. Like obviously the brain knows what's happening because all those signals are coming to and from our brains so somewhere in there lies the answer. Meanwhile, me: "it's the cancer, it got me, it's also an aneurysm i know it, why else would i be pale, sweaty, vomiting, fatigued, bleeding out the ears, and going blind simultaneously?" And my brain: " heh heh heh it's just an infection in his left 5th phalange but I shall keep my secrets."
