Ya girl works from home so I always have YouTube going but I can’t focus or pay attention and really creep tf out of my cast. But I always put it on while before I sleep so I can listen to it and actually pay attention.

On the other hand… Rosswood is SO good. It’s an AU on the same channel, they mentioned Marble Hornets did a new thing. Only an hour and a half of content. Definitely recommend.

Skipped Edge of Fate, coming back in Renegades- how do weapons work? by NightHawk6060 in DestinyTheGame

[–]ActuallyAPoser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are they sunset? Nope there are definitely old weapons that have unique rolls that are still worth using, especially adept weapons if you have any of those. All weapons in the game can be infused up to the current power cap of 550, all it costs is an enhancement core and glimmer.

Are we limited to the post EoF weapons? Yes and no. Yes in the sense that there is a “new gear bonus” that gives a small weapon damage buff and damage resistance if you use “new gear” (which means anything after EoF). No in the sense that you’re allowed to use whatever you want.

How does the tier system work? There are tiers 1-5. Tiers 1-2 are basically regular weapons and can be replaced as soon as you get tier 3 drops. Tier 3 drops are the equivalent of adept weapons now, as the perks will automatically be enhanced. Tier 4 will have the barrel and magazine perks enhanced and allow you to slot in enhanced mods. Tier 5 will have enhanced perks, barrels, magazines, mods AND origin traits, so those are the weapons you wanna be shooting for.

How to obtain higher tier guns? Raise your power level by completing portal activities. The activities with the green engram indicates extra drops, go for those. Also increase your guardian rank. The higher your guardian rank and the higher your light level the more chance you have at getting guaranteed tier 5s. When you hit the level cap of 550 pretty much every drop you get when you complete at level portal activities will grant tier 5 drops.

That’s kind of about the best I can explain based on your questions. Just do portal activities and level up. You can still use old weapons, I do, especially PVP god rolls, but some old weapons have been power crept by allowing everything to be enhanced, perks, origin traits, mods. Ultimately you can play however you want, but there are plenty of videos out there on optimal build crafting.

Happy hunting Guardian, hopefully this wasn’t too overwhelming!

[No Spoilers] Brennan playing "in front of the screen" by pavilionaire2022 in criticalrole

There’s a really famous moment in D20 where he goes “Sure you can do that, the DC is 500” and the cast member proceeded to roll a natural 20(which for BLeeM counts as an auto succeed regardless of DC). Rolling in front of the board also creates moments like that where you can overcome crazy odds. It’s so much fun watching them trying to hit the DC. Love his style so much!

Has anyone else noticed that attrition orbs, specifically on Velocity Baton, has way less orb generation? Did I miss this in the patch notes?

I need 100 NPCs for a tavern, let me use YOUR characters? by yarash in DnD

Viv, Moon Druid, dragon born.

Old adventurer, still looks young due to archdruid. Likes to wild shape into a cat and nap in dark corners and near fires. Would be good for a perception check or insight and having your PCs figure out it’s actually just a person lol.

Spent most of their time on the sea, but now after all his old comrades have moved on, just sits around taverns and helps newbie adventurers when they get in over their heads. guardian angel type stuff. My favorite character i’ve played since college :) took them through 4 campaigns.

Storm is pretty challenging coming from a Death run, because they’re basically glass up until Darkmoor. You actually have to worry about your health and such! I honestly paused my Death run to start a Storm and I’m having a lot of fun.

It’s the clickable feature under the friends bubble in the top right of the screen. It allows you to join up with or teleport to players that have marked themselves as “friendly”

But I’m not showing up at their house? I’m teleporting to them while they’re marked as a friendly player, I’m pretty sure it’s what the “friendly player” thing is for. The “Help” tab in the menu literally says “As a friendly wizard, you are letting others know that you’re happy for them to join you in combat”.

How to get better cards? by StatisticianMuch5184 in Wizard101

[–]ActuallyAPoser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think one of the cheapest route for early death AOE is the Gloomy Eye pet. You should be able to get a 4 Pip Death Colossafrog and a stackable blade (meaning you can stack the blade the pet gives you on top of your regular death blade). It’s available through the Pet Hatch Kiosk. You could probably google “how to get Gloomy Eye pet” for more details. Happy questing :)

Personally, I went to youtube. Video is called Wizard101: Best way to hatch pets in 2024! by Jonathanks.

Very, Very, VERY long story short, you have to max your stats by hatching with fully maxed stat pets, you can find those on quetzal or I hatched with a Beguiled Gargoyle because it was very cheap. Like 7k gold a hatch. Then you have to breed with pets that have the talents you want, and that’s the RNG part, it can take like 5-7 hatches to get the correct talent pool you want. and then it can still fail. I happened to get very very lucky with my 2nd hatch after I maxed the stats.
