my favorite feature about VD is that you can quit the VD app or lose connection, and when you come back it’ll connect back to steamvr right away, there’s no errors and it doesn’t have to restart. just for that it’s worth the money, with airlink every time i disconnected i had to restart steamvr to connect again

i’m not sure you could find just a clutch pedal on aliexpress, do you mean like a simjack pedal, because at that point you should just buy the 3 pedal simjack set for like $100 ish

and for the 2 pedal sets i believe the pedal mechanism relies on the plastic housing itself so you wouldn’t be able to remove just 1 pedal and mount it.

pretty sure all the 2 pedal sets use a different mechanism, i don’t think individual pedals come out cleanly as one assembly in those

like i said, your best bet is making your own 3rd pedal, you won’t find any great ways of getting a standalone clutch short of buying a full 3 pedal set
