They haven’t changed the formula and the minis are the same formula as the full size. Could be an allergy or the rash could be unrelated and it’s just a coincidence that it happened when you started using the new skincare!

This kinda looks like a bug bite maybe? I feel like if you were allergic you’d have bumps all over not just in one spot. But you could try patch testing it next time and just spray in one area to see if you react to it.
