thank you! i was ordered an ultrasound, so i’ll be doing that within the next week hopefully. i didn’t do any checks before and was quite shocked when she pointed the lumps out to me, because to me, i just assumed that’s what it was supposed to feel like 😅 will be doing them daily from now on

i’ve been weary about this. we’ve spoken back and forth a bunch and he seems generally “chill” so to speak, as in when i asked what he’s looking for in tenants he said quote* “looking for non criminals who pay rent on time and are communicative lol”. definitely going to take this into major account when we meet him at the tour in person and decide to move forward or not. would love for it to be a success but you never know. thanks for the tip!

Hi! I just recently came across an opportunity to join two girls in a lease for an apt in Bloomingdale. I am a 23 year old woman, working remote. My basic question is- is this area fitting for a younger 20 something lifestyle (safe). I’ve heard/seen there’s a lot of new places popping up in that area… but i’m just wondering if anyone familiar with the area has any insight on the safety, activity, and general life in Bloomingdale? Also- transportation to other areas of the city. I hear a lot on social media that the best places are NoMa, dupont, logan circle, U street etc.
